By purchasing goods and using this website you are accepting the terms and conditions of Glamorous Sole Ltd.

Privacy Policy

Glamorous Sole collects information when you place your order or register for our newsletter.
We need to hold information including your name, email address, phone numbers and shipping address so that we can process your order.
The information that you provide to us will only be used by Glamorous Sole in relation to any queries regarding your order.
Your personal information will never be shared with third parties.
Glamorous Sole will not hold credit / debit card details.

Orders

All orders are subject to availability and written confirmation of customer orders. Some products are not held in stock by us and are ordered direct from our suppliers. We may under exceptional circumstances find ourselves unable to fulfill an order we have accepted. In this case we will notify you in writing via email and issue a full refund for the goods including your chosen delivery option charge. Refunds will be made using the same method as payment.

When you place an order with Glamorous Sole, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. Please ensure you supply a valid email address when placing your order. We would also advise that you include a phone number with your order incase we need to contact you urgently regarding your order.

Pricing

All prices are charged in British Pounds Sterling (£) and include value added tax at the current rate. Postage and packaging is not included in the listed price.

Payments

We accept payment in UK British Pound Sterling (£) by all major credit / debit cards. Payment is taken at the time of ordering through our secure payment gateways Sage Pay or PayPal.

Returns

In line with Distance selling Regulations (DSR) you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days from the day after receipt. If you wish to cancel your order you must notify us in writing within this 7 day period to request a returns / refunds form. Items must be returned to us within our 14 days return period. This period begins the day after the day you received the goods. Goods must be returned to us at your cost. We recommend you use a “signed for” postal service. The goods remain your responsibility until they arrive with us.
Ensure goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. We cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to returned goods.

When returning goods to us enclose the completed returns / refunds form. Ensure goods are returned in the same perfect condition they were dispatched to you not worn or used, this includes all original packaging, boxes, bags, tissue and tags etc. We recommend you package the goods in the same outer carton / packaging in which you received them.

We do not accept the return of goods outside of our 14 days returns period.

If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us causing damage or deterioration no refunds will be issued. Shoes and all other goods must be returned in perfect condition not worn / used, free from any marks on the fabric, sole and linings. We recommend you wear a pop sock when trying on shoes and stand only on carpet. Shoes and other goods must be returned in the original packaging this includes the box, tissue paper, bags etc. all in the same perfect condition in which it was dispatched to you. Shoes and other products that are returned without the box and / or packaging, in a damaged box / packaging or with marked soles may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Some items such as gel insole pads due to hygiene reasons are not included in our returns policy and cannot be returned. This information is stated on the item description.

Refunds

Refunds will usually be made within 7 days of us receiving the goods using the same method of payment used to purchase the goods. In line with DSR when goods are returned to us within our 14 days returns period we will refund the cost of the goods and standard postage (if delivery option was selected). If only part of your order is returned postage costs will not be refunded. Within our standard contract we will refund the standard delivery charge of unwanted goods where you notify us in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods of your intention to cancel. If notification is received later than 7 days after receipt, then we’ll refund the delivery charge only if the goods were damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Please note Express / Europe / Rest of world delivery options are not covered in our standard contract. Please refer the Express Delivery Terms and Conditions.

Express Delivery Contract

Express delivery which means guaranteed next day (UK only), Guaranteed Saturday (UK only), Europe and rest of World delivery options are subject to this Express delivery contract meaning there is no refunds on the express delivery services.
