Returns
You can return goods within fourteen days of receipt. Please enclose the blue copy of the delivery note and reason for returning the goods.
Shoes and other goods must be returned in perfect condition not worn, free from marks on the fabric, sole and lining. We recommend you wear pop socks when trying on the shoes and stand only on carpet. Shoes must be returned in undamaged original packaging as we see this as part of the product. This includes the box, tissue paper, shoe bags and card.
When returning goods to us please ensure you use a “signed for” service of posting. You the customer are responsible for the costs to get the goods back to us in perfect condition. Please make sure the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.
We cannot accept any responsibility for the loss or damage to returned goods.
Refunds
Refunds will usually be made within five working days of us receiving the goods using the same method of payment as originally used to purchase the goods. In line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) when goods are returned to us within the seven working day cooling off period we will refund the cost of the goods and the cost of sending the goods to you.
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase between seven and fourteen days after delivery and there has been no error on our part, we will refund only the cost of the goods. We will not refund the cost of delivery or other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.
